Refund & Download Policy

BookVeyra products are digital PDF books delivered by download after payment. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once a download has been accessed.

Download Problems

If a customer cannot access a purchased PDF because of a technical issue, BookVeyra will assist with a replacement link or access correction.

Wrong or Failed Delivery

If the wrong file is delivered or the download link fails, the customer should contact support with the order email address and order number.

Digital Nature of Products

All books are delivered as digital PDF downloads unless clearly stated otherwise.
